¡Diciembre ya!

Hellooooo everyone! Well its crazy we are in December already! There have been lots that has happened these past couple weeks so I'm gonna try and keep it short and sweet for yall and talk about some of the highlights! 


HIKE


We finally got to go on a hike and it was awesome. Oregon is seriously just so beautiful it is always so green. I am so grateful for all of God's creations and for the beauty of this earth!! 


SERVICE 


Over the past few months out here in Molalla I think it's safe to say we have become professional BlackBerry Bush exterminators. One day we worked for probably about three hours to remove this huuuge patch of BlackBerry bushes. We ended up rolling it all up into a ball and dragged it away so that was fun! Oh also important info about BlackBerry bushes is that they are COVERED in thorns so I've got some nice battle wounds from all that haha! 


CAROLING 


We had the really cool opportunity to go caroling in Spanish to some Spanish speaking members! I love christmas songs so much and they are even better in Spanish so we had fun doing that with all the other missionaries! 


BAPTISM 


Elder Diaz and Anderson have been teaching this older guy named Mario. And Mario has this son that was going to be coming down to visit and he wanted to baptize him! So it all came together super fast but Mario was baptized and it was so cool seeing success in the Spanish area! 


TEACHING


Throughout this second transfer I have really come to enjoy teaching people! As I have developed a greater love for the people and for this gospel I feel like teaching has come a lot more naturally! It definitely takes a lot of work to get it down but I feel like I have been hitting my stride with the teaching side of things! Sadly, we have had some of our people ghost us this week 


 But since that has happened we have found some more promise in a couple potential new people so that has been good!! 


Anyways the work sure moves along and I'm excited to see what this upcoming transfer holds for me! Hope you guys are staying safe and healthy during these times! And here are some pictures from this week!

Hello everyone! Sorry it has been a while but things are better than ever. Recently as I have been serving here in the Oregon City stake we have been focusing a lot on the gathering of Israel. We even received a Gathering Israel Proclomation in the which we have all been commissioned to follow specific invitations to go and gather Israel! One Month Mark!!!!!

Yooooo what's up everybody!!! Alright so I apologize but I am realizing I will definitely not have the time to write nice big elaborate emails every week so we are gonna shoot for every 2 weeks haha!!! It seriously is just so crazy how busy we are out here in Molalla OR. We pack our schedules every day to the brim and are putting in the work so I'm loving it!! I feel like this week we have really started to see some awesome results from the work. So here's some highlights from the past couple weeks!!! • So we met with this guy named Jerry. Jerry is a super nice guy and we have been doing yardwork for him. So he left the church when he was 19 and has been inactive for about like 50 years. And he is a great guy but he has been doing a lot of soul searching and doesn't really feel ready to commit to read the BOM. Yoooo how's it going everyone? Hope yall are staying safe and doing well! These weeks haven't been too eventful but sadly we got some AWFUL, TERRIBLE news out here in the Hillsboro zone... Elder Riggs, my beloved companion, will be heading to Mexico on the 14th of September. But I am excited for him to finally get to his original mission.  Tundi  We have been playing a crazy game of hide and seek with Tundi because sometimes we find him and then sometimes we will go weeks without seeing him. However, on one specific occasion we were just about to leave his complex until then he drove up in his car. We approached him and he basically told us straight up like what do we want from him. We then proceeded to set up a return appointment where we would explain our purpose and why this message applies to him.
