End of November 2020- Short and Sweet

Yoooo what is uppppp everybody!! I'll keep it short and sweet for the past couple weeks of missionary work out here in the OPM

🤙🏻 -Hanson fam This family is super cool and we had some cool times with them! Bro Hanson is super big into cars and he showed us his garage with a tonnnn of super authentic and nice cars it was awesome!! -New Peeps We have been teaching lots of new investigators and it has been going great!! We have Zak and Brandy who are super nice and are pretty interested in the church!! We had a super spiritual lesson with them about families and the family a proclamation to the world and it went amazing!! I also led out on my first lesson all in Spanish and it went really good!!! Even though my Spanish isn't anywhere near perfect the spirit was present!!! We also are teaching this really outgoing and fun guy Victor. His wife Is a member and we had a great lesson with them! It is truly amazing to see the spirit work in people as we teach! I feel that my teaching has really improved as well which is good!! - Service, Service, Service We have had soooo much service opportunities it has been awesome!! Its such a simple act to serve someone but it goes such a long way for them!! For example this lady named Janice Earl's needed some help moving so we went over and realized she needed A LOT of work done. Her house was completely infested with rats and was full of stuff. She expressed to us in tears how she could not live like this and how her life has just fallen to pieces. I had honestly never felt more motivated to help and serve someone than I did for sis Earl's at that time. Even though it was a long and hard process of cleaning out old furniture, trash, and dead rats we finally cleared out her house. She expressed so much gratitude for us and our service and that really helped me see just how important my calling is to comfort those that stand in need of comfort and serve others always!! Throghout my mission so far I've felt a new sense of christlike love for others as I've been giving all my efforts to serve and teach!! The mission is hard and it definitely pushes you outside your comfort zone but I'm starting to see how that truly helps us grow and develop as individuals. I cant wait for another week out here in the OPM!! Feel free to email me any time and I'll get back to you on my pday!! Also, so sorry for no pics this week I will try and be better about that haha!

Love you all,
Elder Ross
